Spicy Boneless Pepper Chicken In Gravy


SPICY BONELESS PEPPER CHICKEN IN GRAVY 

INGREDIENTS

  • Onion - 1
  • Green Chillies - 3 to 4
  • Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
  • Pepper Corns - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Stick - 1
  • White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 small piece chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flower - 1 tbsp
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Green Chillies - 2 to 3 slit for garnishing
  • Chicken Breast - 1/2 kg
  • Salt
  • Oil/Ghee

METHOD

  • In a pan heat oil. Add the chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, pepper corn, cinnamon stick, white pepper powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, ginger, ginger garlic paste & fry till nice and brown.
  • Grind all the above ingredients in a blender.
  • In another pan, heat 1tbsp ghee or oil and add in the ground masala. Keep mixing with a little water.
  • Add in the chicken pieces & salt. Cook the chicken till almost done and a thick gravy remains.
  • Add 1 tbsp milk.
  • Remove the chicken breast from the gravy and shred. Add it again to the gravy.
  • Garnish with 2-3 slit green chillies.
  • Serve hot.
