SPICY BONELESS PEPPER CHICKEN IN GRAVY

- Onion - 1
- Green Chillies - 3 to 4
- Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
- Pepper Corns - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Stick - 1
- White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 small piece chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Corn Flower - 1 tbsp
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Green Chillies - 2 to 3 slit for garnishing
- Chicken Breast - 1/2 kg
- Salt
- Oil/Ghee
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil. Add the chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, pepper corn, cinnamon stick, white pepper powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, ginger, ginger garlic paste & fry till nice and brown.
- Grind all the above ingredients in a blender.
- In another pan, heat 1tbsp ghee or oil and add in the ground masala. Keep mixing with a little water.
- Add in the chicken pieces & salt. Cook the chicken till almost done and a thick gravy remains.
- Add 1 tbsp milk.
- Remove the chicken breast from the gravy and shred. Add it again to the gravy.
- Garnish with 2-3 slit green chillies.
- Serve hot.
